These Terms govern your use of the Lea app, website and related services ("Lea", "we", "us" or "our"). Lea is operated by LEA HEALTH.
By creating an account or using Lea, you agree to these Terms.
Lea is a personalised health and wellbeing platform designed to help users understand and manage areas such as their menstrual cycle, nutrition, fitness, sleep, skin, symptoms and productivity.
Some Lea features use artificial intelligence to personalise information and recommendations based on information you provide.
Lea provides health and wellbeing information and is not a substitute for a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.
Lea does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment or emergency medical services. AI-generated information may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important medical decisions.
If you are concerned about your health, contact an appropriate healthcare professional. Lea should not be used in an emergency.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
Unless we state otherwise, Lea is intended for users aged 18 or over. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may provide Lea with information including menstrual-cycle data, symptoms, health and wellbeing information, nutrition, activity, sleep, skincare information and messages sent to Lea's AI features.
You retain ownership of information you provide. You give us permission to process that information only as necessary to operate, personalise, improve and secure Lea, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the choices you make.
Lea may use AI systems to generate personalised insights, recommendations and responses.
AI outputs are generated automatically and may not always be correct, complete or appropriate for your individual circumstances. You should use your own judgement and seek professional advice where appropriate.
You must not use Lea to obtain content for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes or attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or compromise the service.
Certain Lea features may require a paid subscription.
Prices and billing periods will be shown before purchase. Where a subscription automatically renews, this will be explained before you subscribe.
You can cancel through the platform through which you purchased your subscription or through any cancellation method we provide. Cancellation normally prevents future renewals rather than immediately removing access to a period already paid for.
Any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Lea may connect with services such as health platforms, calendars, wearable devices, payment providers or other third-party services.
Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for services operated independently by third parties.
We continually develop Lea and may add, change or remove features.
We aim to keep Lea available and reliable but cannot guarantee that every feature will always operate without interruption or error.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or misuse of the service.
Lea's software, branding, designs, content and technology belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may use Lea for your personal, non-commercial use but may not copy, sell, reproduce or commercially exploit our service without permission.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms or for business losses arising from personal use of Lea.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
You can stop using Lea at any time and may request deletion of your account.
We may restrict or terminate an account where there has been serious misuse of Lea, a breach of these Terms, a security risk or where required by law.
We may update these Terms as Lea develops or where legal or regulatory requirements change.
Where a change materially affects you, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, although consumers living elsewhere retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws that apply to them.
